Nsama Town Council Secretary, Mr. Raphael Kamanga, has undertaken an inspection of the ongoing construction works at the Nsama Rural Health Center in Mwambeshi Ward, accompanied by the Director of Engineering, Mr. Chishimba Musonda.
During the inspection, Mr. Kamanga emphasized the importance of the project in enhancing healthcare service delivery for the local community. He expressed satisfaction with the progress made so far and called for timely completion of the works to ensure the facility becomes fully operational.
Mr. Musonda provided technical insights into the project, highlighting key structural improvements being made to the health post. He further announced that the access road leading to the facility would be graded and constructed, with a deviation to connect the newly built mortuary. This move is aimed at improving accessibility and ensuring smooth operations within the health post premises.
The Nsama Health Post project is part of the government’s broader efforts to improve healthcare infrastructure in rural areas, aligning with the vision of providing quality health services closer to communities. The council remains committed to overseeing the successful completion of the project for the benefit of Nsama residents.
